The Engineering Lab at the Taylor Community Science Resource Center at the Saint Louis Science Center is home to two FTC robotics teams. The Lab offers a wide range of maker tools and expertise. They have three 3-D printers, a CNC router (able to carve acrylic, HDPE, wood, and 6061 aluminum), and a 40 watt laser cutter/engraver.
Bring your digital designs and materials, and the staff will help you turn them into solid reality. Experience the pleasure and satisfaction of carving, cutting, engraving, or printing parts for your newest winning robot.
The Engineering Lab is open most weekdays from 8:00am to 4:00pm, and the cost for a team visit is $5 per team member.
